Harris is Facing Legal Woes
Republicans aren’t happy with what they’re seeing – the desire to just place Harris on a ballot when she didn’t earn the spot. She wasn’t part of the primaries, so no one expressed an interest for her to represent the country.
And there are some states where it is illegal to make a swap. So, if Harris wants to be on the ballots, she may have to brace for some lawsuits.
