Youngkin Decides Virginia Will Move to ALL Paper Ballots

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin has mandated that all votes for the 2024 presidential election be cast using paper ballots. This directive came through Executive Order 35, issued on Wednesday, which solidifies the election security measures that have been a hallmark of his administration.

Governor Youngkin, in a statement, affirmed the effectiveness of these protocols, saying, "The Virginia model for Election Security works. This isn't a Democrat or Republican issue; it's an American and Virginian issue. Every legal vote deserves to be counted without being watered down by illegal votes or inaccurate machines. In Virginia, we don’t play games, and our model for election security is working."

Under this robust framework, Virginia will exclusively utilize paper ballots, ensuring a verifiable and secure chain of custody. This method stands in stark contrast to the electronic voting systems that have been criticized for their potential vulnerabilities. The governor detailed the rigorous process, stating, "We use 100% paper ballots with a strict chain of custody. We use counting machines, not voting machines, that are tested prior to every election and never connected to the internet. We do not mass-mail ballots. We monitor our drop boxes 24/7."

Further enhancing the security measures, Virginia's system incorporates the use of Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) data to confirm voter identities. Governor Youngkin elaborated on the meticulous voter verification process: "We verify the legal presence and identity of voters using DMV data and other trusted data sources to update our voter rolls daily, not only adding new voters, but scrubbing the lists to remove those that should not be on it, like the deceased, individuals that have moved, and non-citizens that have accidentally or maliciously attempted to register."

A 2010 review of natural treatments for anxiety found that magnesium could be a treatment for anxiety.

More recently, a 2017 review that looked at 18 different studies found that magnesium did reduce anxiety.

These studies looked at mild anxiety, anxiety during premenstrual syndrome, postpartum anxiety, and generalized anxiety.

According to this review, one of the reasons why magnesium might help reduce anxiety is that it may improve brain function. Now, you might be thinking... "there are a gazillion magnesium products out there, if magnesium were the solution to stress — more people would be stress-free."

The problem is two-fold.

FIRST, almost everyone is SEVERELY deficient in magnesium — even those who get the "recommended daily dose"...

Because higher stress levels (common for ambitious folks like us) require much higher than RDA doses. And SECOND...

Most magnesium supplements fail to help you beat stress…

Now that you understand how critical magnesium is for everything — it might be tempting to run out to your local drug or health food store and buy some magnesium.

That would be a mistake, though — because most magnesium products do nothing, for two primary reasons:

❌ They are synthetic, unnatural, and not recognized by your body... and… ❌

❌ They are NOT FULL SPECTRUM ❌

Which means they are missing the various forms of magnesium needed to target various organs in the body and to handle all sources of stress — and boost your performance in every key area.

Most people get 1-2 forms of synthetic magnesium (at best); which is why they typically feel little or nothing from supplements.

But there's a miracle that occurs when your body gets ALL the magnesium that it needs, in all the forms that it needs at the optimal dosage.

If You're Only Taking ONE Form Of Magnesium — YOU ARE STILL DEFICIENT!

Be well,
